Always helpful friendly service each time I’ve purchased from them

My Advisor for the day was Laura. She got my vehicle checked in for oil change and tire rotation. Thank goodness she recommended getting new tires. My tires were absolutely dry rotted and I had no idea. She was very professional and helpful

The salesman that I talked to was great I told him what I wanted and he took me to the truck I test drove and bought it love the truck and cannon motors has been nice to me every time I have bought one sense 2020 til now

Went to Kirk Auto Chevy in Grenada first. Let’s just say Cannon Oxford Chevy was worth the hour drive. Great people. Great service. Got me what I wanted.

I previously was driving a Cadillac X24, and wanted another, since I was ready to trade my 2019 SUV. My salesman and friend, Kirk Lovejoy, told me that there was no X24s that he could get and suggested a Buick Encore. It had all of the features of my Cadillac and I signed the paperwork. I drove the Encore for a couple of days and was pleased until I put groceries in the hatch back and when I wanted to lower the top, there was not button to punch. I called Kirk and asked where the button was located. When he answered that the Encore had no power lift capability., he could tell I was unhappy,, and I told him I could manage without it. Early the next morning he called and asked if I would consider taking a Buick Envision if I could have it at the same price. He was able to get it from a Cleveland, MS dealership, and I had it that day. Kirk went out of his way to make me happy, and was extremely knowledgeable about the Buick. Michael Joe Cannon should be proud to have a salesman like Kirk. I know that I can call on him with any questions I might have in the future.

Kept my vehicle for around 2 weeks. Kept saying they were going to do a diagnostic test (even though it was clearly a transmission issue). I agreed to pay the 200 bucks for it but two weeks later and they still hadn’t done it. Even though I was told it was being done “that day” 3 times. At some point they stopped answering the phone. After 3 days of not being able to get a hold of anyone in the service department, I called the dealership. Super nice lady told me she was sorry and would have someone call me immediately. I got a text 2 hours later from someone saying they are “pretty sure” it’s the transmission and would call me in a couple of hours after they got out of a meeting. I never got a response. I still had to pay $200 for “pretty sure”. Was eventually quoted (to my dad - bc I still couldn’t get anyone to answer or return my phone calls) $11,000 for a new transmission. This was $4000 more than my highest quote out of 6 different places.

I was able to schedule my appointment with ease. My husband took it a little bit early and they were able to get him in. Great service!!

The workers here are very friendly, they listen to what I had to say and listen to all my concerns about my vehicle. They even made fresh coffee while I waited, now how sweet is that.
